Advertisement on the Race Trailer:

All Sponsors get advertising space on the race trailer and the tow vehicle. this ensures maximum exposure of our sponsors both while racing and travelling to and from events.

Sponsors Name on all Official Team Clothing:

All team clothing, including shirts, jackets and overalls display our sponsors names or logos. This includes saleable merchandise and give away items such as t-shirts.

PA Announcements during Race Events:

At the start of each race meeting during the Grand Parade cars, drivers and sponsors are announced to the crowd. as the evening progresses cars of interest are pointed out and their sponsors given credit.

Name in each Event Program:

A list of competitors in each class and there sponsors is printed in the Event Program each meeting. Additional advertising is available in event programs on request.

Invitations to Sponsors Night in corporate box

Each season our team holds a Sponsors Night, which is held in the corporate box at Woodford Glen during a race meeting. Access to the pits is available before and after the meeting and refreshments are available.

Season Passes to Woodford Glen:

We encourage all supporters to come and watch the action. Season passes allow entry to each meeting and access to the pits before and after the race meeting. They can be used yourself, as a staff incentive or as a give away promotion.

A drive in the Race Car:

Each season our team holds a Sponsors Drive event, where sponsors are invited to have a go in the Race Car. This event is not held on a race night so you are able to have the whole track to yourself. Instruction is given and all safety gear is supplied.

Booking privileges for Race Car display:

Attract attention at your store or corporate event with by having a race car on display. The car is available for display purposes at various stages during the year. We are able to transport the car anywhere (within reason) you require and even fire it up if you desire.

Naming Rights for the Team & Team Colour Choice:

Have your own race team. Becoming a Promotional Partner will give you the right to name the team and select the team colours. The car will be painted in the team colours and all promotional material including announcements, press releases and this website will refer to the Your Name Race Team.
